We do our best to meet our expectations. If you are not satisfied with our services please notify us within 24 hours of the service completion, and we will return and complete the job to your satisfaction at no additional cost.

DEPOSIT FEE 

When you book your appointment there will be a 25% charge from your cleaning service price to hold your spot on the schedule. The deposit should be made in order to hold your appointment. Any additional questions you can give us a call .

PAYMENT

Unless you are invoiced monthly, full payment is required upon completion of the cleaning service you may pay by check or cash, or card. Any outstanding balances must be paid prior to your next cleaning.

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

We understand that there are changes in schedules in our busy lives. If a scheduled cleaning must be changed or canceled we ask that our customers contact us 2 days in advance. This gives us an opportunity to fill in that spot and keep our employees working on a full schedule. When a client cancels within less than a 2 day notice a fee of 50% of the charges for that service will be applied. If the scheduled cleaning is not rescheduled or skipped we would have to charge a higher rate for the next scheduled visit due to the extra work needed to complete that cleaning service. For permanent cancellation of the cleaning service, we ask that the client notify us two weeks in advance.

BREAKAGE OR DAMAGED

We train our employees to take extra care of your belongings, however, occasionally accidents happen. Our employees are instructed to report any breakage or damage immediately to us and also to you if you're available. If you believe that something has been damaged or broken by us, we need to hear about it within 24 hours after your appointment. We do not take responsibility for damage not reported within this time frame. 

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

For the safety of our employees our cleaning technicians are prohibited from using Ladders other than the small steps ladder that we provide, and also can not Lift or move heavy items.
